In September 2021, Ms. Delaney attended the annual meeting of the European Society for Surgery of the Shoulder & Elbow (ESSSE) / Société Européene pour la Chirurgie de l'Epaule et du Coude (SECEC) in September 2021 and also presented to the board of directors of SECEC the Dublin 2022 congress. Dublin will host the meeting in 2022 and Ms. Delaney will be co-president of the congress. The 2021 meeting in Poznan, Poland was the first face to face meeting since before the pandemic and was a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with international colleagues in a safe manner and share ideas and research on the latest advances and challenges in shoulder surgery.
